General Terms

• Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or manipulate the platform in any way.

Intellectual Property

Account Closure & Suspension

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Suspension by 44bmw

• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified period.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Use of the account for commercial purposes, resale, or systematic data extraction.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at support staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 44bmw will endeavour to complete the review within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the registered email address on file. During an active investigation, access to account funds may be restricted.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 44bmw platform.
